Q1. Are you the factory or distributor?
A: Factory! We are a manufacturer based in China since 2016. We continuously develop 4 to 6 new designs each season. With factory prices and ample stock, we ensure fast delivery.
 
Q2. Do you supply OEM brands for small orders?
A: Yes, we offer OEM logos and packaging for small orders. We can also create molds based on your requests.

Q3. What certifications can you supply?
A: Yes, we can supply certifications such as E-mark (for some lights), DOT, SAE, ISO 9001, Spectrum test report, Goniophotometer system test report, and EMC. We can obtain these certifications if you require them.

Q4. How do you guarantee product quality?
A: Our products have a defect rate of only 0.2%. We conduct 9 tests before mass production, 4 tests during production, and a final 12-24V alternating voltage test before shipment.

Q5. How about after-sales service?
A: If you encounter any issues with the products, please take photos and email us. We will provide the best solution after our confirmation. Our warranty period is 12 months.

Q6. What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: We accept sample orders for most products. You will receive corresponding discounts and the most cost-effective shipping fees based on your order quantity.

Q7. When will you ship my order?  
A: Orders are typically shipped within 3-7 days after payment. This can be negotiated based on order quantity and production schedules. For bulk orders, shipping may take 7 to 25 working days.
